ISP–UL Inspection Conducted at Paonta Sahib

Under the able guidance of the Additional Deputy Director General (DGT), HP LSA, the Technology Vertical team carried out an ISP–Unified License (UL) inspection of Dehradun E-Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at Paonta Sahib in District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh.

The inspection was conducted to ensure adherence to the terms and conditions of the Unified License and compliance with applicable Department of Telecommunications (DoT) guidelines. The team thoroughly examined network infrastructure, service delivery mechanisms, security compliance measures, and statutory documentation.

During the inspection, emphasis was placed on:

Verification of licensed services and operational status
Compliance with lawful interception and security conditions
Validation of installed telecom equipment and certifications
Review of customer records and service continuity measures

Officials highlighted that such inspections are a routine but critical part of regulatory oversight aimed at maintaining transparency, quality of service, and uninterrupted connectivity for consumers.

The Technology Vertical team reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the telecom ecosystem in Himachal Pradesh by ensuring that all licensed service providers strictly adhere to regulatory frameworks laid down by the DoT.
