We Karnataka LSA, taking steps to service rural areas at lower cost. Four indigenous startups are identified and PoC is being conducted to source the rural mobile project under USOF. In addition, to reach out remote areas with high bandwidth, the success model of Sagar block FTTH saturation pilot project is being extrapolated to all parts of rural Karnataka. For the days to come, Karnataka LSA will ensure deployment of faster and fool proof 5G technology. A pilot deployment of 5G in MRTS (Mass Rapid Transport System) environment was successfully completed in co-ordination with BMRCL. KTK LSA is committed to support consistent growth of economy through technology. KTK LSA has taken an initiative for the bulk blocking of mobile devices before activation considering the theft cases during transit, which helps e-commerce companies who are losing devices to the tune of Rs. 80 Crores per annum. This initiative is first of its kind.
