On 30.10.2023, Assam LSA in co-ordination with C-DoT, TSPs, ASDMA and other stakeholders has conducted the testing of Cell Broadcasting for delivering crucial disaster alerts to the public. Cell Broadcast services is much more efficient method for delivering alert messages to target areas in minimum possible time.
