HP LSA Celebrates 79th Independence Day with Patriotic Zeal
Shimla, August 15, 2025 – The Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA) of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and active participation of its officers and staff.
The programme commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, creating a vibrant atmosphere of patriotism. Officers and staff members came together to pay tribute to the freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the nation’s independence.
On this occasion, Sh. Amrendra Kumar, DDG (Administration), addressed the gathering and urged everyone to reaffirm their commitment towards building a strong and self-reliant nation. He inspired the employees to contribute their best in realizing the vision of “Naya Bharat – Atmanirbhar Bharat”, emphasizing the role of dedication, innovation, and collective responsibility in national progress.
The celebrations concluded with a message of unity and resolve, as the HP LSA team pledged to continue working diligently towards strengthening India’s digital and telecom landscape.
