Public Grievance
Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform available to the citizens 24×7 to lodge their grievances to the public authorities on any subject related to service delivery. It is a single portal connected to all the Ministries/Departments of Government of India and States.
Non/Invalid CLI
For curbing illegal telecom operations, which pose threat to National Security in addition to loss to government exchequer, Department of Telecommunications (DoT) operates a Call Centre for registering international call received with Invalid CLI (either No CLI or Domestic/Local CLI). Citizens may report receipt of such international calls on 1800110420/1963.
IMEi Check
Know Your Mobile (KYM) facility for verification of International Equipment Identity Register (IMEI) of Mobile Device is available for the citizens. Through KYM, the validity of our mobile device can be checked even before buying it. IMEI is written on the mobile packaging box.

Mandatory Testing
Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications has notified “Indian Telegraph (Amendment) Rules” in Gazette of India vide G.S.R. 1131(E) PART XI" on 5th September 2017 which prescribes for Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment.
