ISP–UL License Inspection Conducted at Hamirpur to Strengthen Telecom Compliance

The Technology Vertical of Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA), Department of Telecommunications, conducted an ISP–Unified License (UL) inspection of Denet Connect Services Pvt. Ltd. at Hamirpur on 21 January 2026.

The inspection was carried out as part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to ensure adherence to Unified License conditions and prescribed regulatory norms. During the inspection, technical and operational aspects of the ISP’s network, compliance documentation, and service delivery mechanisms were examined to assess conformity with DoT guidelines.

Officials emphasized the importance of strict regulatory compliance to maintain service reliability, safeguard consumer interests, and promote transparency in telecom operations. Such inspections also play a vital role in identifying gaps, if any, and guiding service providers toward corrective measures and best practices.
