HP LSA Rural Vertical Holds Meeting with Jal Shakti Vibhag on CBuD Awareness

On 30.12.2025, the Rural Vertical of Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA) under the Department of Telecommunications held a meeting with the Engineer-in-Chief, Jal Shakti Vibhag, Himachal Pradesh. The meeting focused on creating awareness and promoting the effective use of the Centralised Build-up Database (CBuD) App among officials and stakeholders of the Jal Shakti Vibhag across the state.

During the interaction, officers of HP LSA Rural Vertical highlighted the objectives and key features of the CBuD App, emphasizing its role in facilitating accurate infrastructure data sharing, enhancing coordination among departments, and supporting efficient planning and execution of development projects. The importance of regular data updation and mandatory usage of the app was also underlined.

The Engineer-in-Chief and participating officials of Jal Shakti Vibhag appreciated the initiative and assured cooperation in popularizing the CBuD App among departmental officials and associated stakeholders. Discussions were also held on practical aspects of implementation and ways to integrate the app into routine departmental workflows.

The meeting marked an important step towards strengthening inter-departmental coordination and promoting digital governance, ensuring optimal utilization of telecom and utility infrastructure in Himachal Pradesh.
