Nodal Officer, HP LSA DoT Visits Samriddh Gram Panchayat Ramshehar
On 18.12.2025, the Nodal Officer, Director (Rural), Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA), Department of Telecommunications visited Samriddh Gram Panchayat, Ramshehar, in Solan district.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the members of the Digital Access Committee (DAC) of the Samriddh Gram Panchayat along with village representatives. The interaction focused on strengthening digital connectivity and enhancing access to telecom and broadband services in rural areas.
The members of the DAC and village representatives shared their experiences and issues related to digital infrastructure, network availability, and service quality. The Nodal Officer emphasized the importance of community participation in identifying local challenges and ensuring effective implementation of government initiatives aimed at bridging the digital divide.
The visit reaffirmed the commitment of HP LSA, DoT towards promoting digital inclusion and improving telecom services in rural and remote areas of Himachal Pradesh through active engagement with local stakeholders.
