UP (East) LSA organized a Press Conference

Additionally, UP (East) LSA organized a Press Conference to highlight the prompt, transparent, and effective redressal of telecom-related public grievances, reinforcing DoT’s commitment towards citizen-centric service delivery. During the year 2025, a total of 1,052 public grievances were received by the office through the Public Grievance Portal (https://pgportal.gov.in/), e-mail, letters, and other available channels, all of which were resolved promptly and effectively within an average period of five working days.
