HP LSA Observes “Constitution Day” Under the Guidance of Addl. DGT Sh. Anil Kumar Gupta
The Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA), Department of Telecommunications, Shimla, observed “Constitution Day” on 26 November 2025 under the guidance of Sh. Anil Kumar Gupta, Additional Director General Telecom (Addl. DGT).
As part of the observance, all officers and staff participated in the solemn reading of the Preamble to the Constitution of India, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the values, principles, and ideals enshrined in the Constitution.
The event highlighted the importance of constitutional awareness and the responsibility of every citizen and government institution to preserve the spirit of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity.
HP LSA continues to actively promote constitutional duties and values through such meaningful initiatives.
