International Yoga Day

Shimla, June 21, 2025 —
The 11th International Day of Yoga was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Licensed Service Area (LSA) office in Shimla under the able guidance and inspiration of the Additional Director General Telecom (Addl. DGT), Himachal Pradesh LSA.

Officers and staff members from the LSA office actively participated in the event, showcasing a shared commitment to wellness and holistic health. The yoga session was conducted under the expert supervision of a trained instructor deputed by the Himachal Pradesh Government.

The event served not only as a platform for promoting physical and mental well-being but also as a step towards fostering a healthy work environment through the ancient practice of yoga.
