During the event organized by the O/o Pr. CCA Mumbai, MH & Goa to celebrate National Senior Citizens Day on August 21st , a session on Cyber Awareness and Sanchar Saathi was conducted by Mumbai LSA. Recognizing the importance of creating awareness among the elderly for the safe use of cyberspace, the session highlighted various citizen-centric services available on the portal, which were demonstrated to the audience. Furthermore, the role of telecom in enhancing ease of life and the need for practicing cyber hygiene were also discussed.
