Addl. DGT HP LSA Reviews 4G Saturation Site at Dhamgram, Engages with Local Community

Chamba, November 18, 2025:
The Additional Director General Telecom (Addl. DGT), Himachal Pradesh Licensed Service Area (HP LSA), visited the 4G Saturation site at Dhamgram in Khajjiar, Chamba district, to assess the progress and functionality of telecom infrastructure in the region.

During the visit, the Addl. DGT conducted an on-site review of network coverage, service readiness, and implementation status under the 4G Saturation initiative aimed at improving digital connectivity in remote areas.

An interaction with the public and the village representative from the nearby village of Pukri was also held. Local residents shared feedback on connectivity challenges, expectations from the new 4G site, and the potential benefits for education, healthcare, and daily communication.

The visit highlighted the commitment of HP LSA to enhance telecom access in far-flung regions and ensure that rural communities receive reliable, modern communication services.
