हिमाचल प्रदेश एल.एस.ए., दूरसंचार विभाग द्वारा मंडी ज़िले में EMR परीक्षण अभियान सम्पन्न

दूरसंचार विभाग, हिमाचल प्रदेश लाइसेंस सेवा क्षेत्र (HP LSA) की टीम ने मंडी ज़िले में विभिन्न दूरसंचार सेवा प्रदाताओं (TSPs) के बीटीएस (Base Transceiver Station) का EMR परीक्षण अभियान सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न किया। यह विशेष अभियान 01 दिसंबर 2025 से 03 दिसंबर 2025 तक आयोजित किया गया।

अभियान का उद्देश्य दूरसंचार विभाग (DoT) द्वारा निर्धारित EMF सुरक्षा मानकों के अनुपालन की पुष्टि करना था। इस अवधि के दौरान कुल 64 बीटीएस साइटों का विस्तृत परीक्षण किया गया, जिसमें विभिन्न टीएसपी के मोबाइल टावर शामिल थे।

HP LSA द्वारा नियमित रूप से किए जाने वाले ऐसे परीक्षण आम जनता की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने, पारदर्शिता बढ़ाने तथा टेलीकॉम ढांचे में विश्वास मजबूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

Hybrid workshop for BSNL Telangana officers on the Call Before U Dig (CBuD) application on 31-12-25

On December 31, 2025, the Rural Team of AP LSA, Hyderabad, hosted a hybrid workshop for BSNL Telangana officers on the Call Before U Dig (CBuD) application. The session was attended by 13 officials in person and 60 online from various OA’s including circle office.

Sh. A Sravan Kumar, ITS, Director (Rural), emphasized the App’s role in safeguarding underground assets. Stressed the need for increased enquiry counts and the mandatory handover of CBuD credentials during staff transfers. Highlighted the Telecommunications Act, 2023, noting that posting enquiries is mandatory and failure to do so involves compensation liabilities. Practical challenges raised by BSNL were recorded for higher-level review and immediate queries were addressed. BSNL Officers were instructed to post all upcoming digging activities and proactively report asset damage caused by third-party excavations not disclosed through the app.
